EXTROSPECTION is about Charu (Purva Bedi) and her mother Chandana (Susham Bedi) and their struggle, quest for true love. Charu is unhappily married to Sailen (Tushar Unadkat), and is having an affair with her colleague Amol (Ajay Kalra). Chandana lost her husband a year ago, and her kids Charu and Chetan (Sonny Suri) pressure her to go out and meet people. There is Ray (Tirlok Malik) and Anna (Margret Avery). Extrospection is about the dialogue between the mom and daughter - revealing their true desires, which can have an everlasting effect on each other's lives.
